The new identity encapsulates the transformative essence of a city, highlighting its ever-changing nature. It represents a foundational block, depicted as an open structure that can adapt and reshape itself endlessly, reflecting the transformative effect of the collective growth and evolution of the entities that are part of the Smart City Cluster. As it rotates, it morphs yet always returns to its original form, symbolizing versatility, scalability, and efficiency.

The design is not static, portraying the dynamic, multifaceted spirit of a thriving urban environment. It is an identity that is both visual and optical, challenging our perceptual intelligence and embracing future extensions and meanings.
