The Chief Economist at Google, Hal Varian, said just a few days ago in a conference to the journalism students at Berkeley, that “most probably the iPad will be used during leisure time and this should appear appealing to editorials”. And I guess Mr. Varian must know something about it. And I say that the future of journalism and many other things, as to do with a sixth sense, The SixthSense. A project presented at TED by the brilliant Pranav Mistry, from the MIT Media Lab, of course.


El economista jefe de Google, Hal Varian, dijo hace unos días en una charla a los estudiantes de periodismo de Berkeley que “Muy probablemente, el iPad se utilizará durante el tiempo libre y esto debería ser atractivo para las editoriales”. Y algo sabrá el señor Varian de esto. Y yo diría que el futuro, del periodismo y otras muchas cosas, pasa por un sexto sentido, The SixthSense. Un proyecto presentado en TED por el brillante Pranav Mistry, como no, del MIT Media Lab.
