To celebrate the 100th aniversary of Escribá ↗︎, I was commisioned the creative direction of the "tartas project".

A concept by pastry chef, Christian Escribá, refered to as one of the finest bakers by Ferrán Adriá (considered one of the best chefs in the world), and swiss fine-art photographer Hans Gissinger ↗︎, who portrayed this creative exercise with a Photo Sonics 35mm Camera and Unilux strobes, at 150 frames/sec.
